Once you have completed your purchases for your order and have gone through the checkout facility to make your payment, you will be able to view your order and it's progress by logging into your account using your username (email address) and Password (chosen by you). You will be able to print a copy of your order, read notes left for you about your order, add notes, messages etc.
When confirmation of your order is received by Signsealedelivered, we will aim to process your order within 48hrs. Until we confirm receipt of your matched order with stock and payment no contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order by sending you confirmation of receipt of order which will indicate that we have received your order and are 'processing', and hence a contract between us will be made at this point of invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case of technical problems, unforeseen circumstances, in the event that a pricing error has occurred, or we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will were possible, honour the advertised price, but we will always contact you should we be unable to do so, to ensure that amended price is acceptable. Occasionally some stock items do go astray, sometimes the stock control system has a blip if more than one order hits the checkout for the same item at the same time and allows orders to be placed taking an item into minus stock. If for any reason your item is not in stock when we match the order, we will email you and let you know how long it will take for new stock arrival, before deciding how to proceed with your order.
All payments are held by Paypal and are not claimed by Signsealedelivered until after goods have been despatched and delivered. Signsealedelivered do not take any money from your account - you make the payment to Signsealedelivered. Your credit card details are only processed by the company you choose and we do not see or store this information. Payment in £GBP only by Paypal, Debit Card, Credit Card, Cash Transfer (Direct Deposit) or Cash on collection (collection strictly by arrangement only). All goods must be paid for in full, at the time of purchase before they will be released for despatch. If goods or products are unavailable or out of stock no payment will be taken. Underpayments and payment shortfalls must be cleared before goods will be released. All postage and packaging charges will be included in your total payable charge at the point of payment. There are no hidden costs. The total cost is inclusive of UK tax and includes postage and packing.

Orders placed before 10am will usually be processed the same day. Orders made after 10am may only be processed on the following working day. We aim to despatch and post all orders within 2-3 working days.
Signsealedelivered aims to post all orders on the next day after despatch (Monday to Saturday) – please allow extra time at high seasonal demand times. Signsealedelivered obtain proof of posting on all parcels and once the parcel is handed over at the Post Office Counter, it is down to Royal Mail – delivery times are out of Signsealedelivered's control.
Signsealedelivered despatches to all destinations including all regions of the UK and all accessible international locations. (Europe, World Zone 1 and World Zone 2) Please ensure that you select the correct postage option for your delivery destination.

Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard + 2nd Class Recorded Delivery – Delivery aim is 2 to 3 days
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day before 1pm – Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm

Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets – World Zone 1 + 2 destinations - Delivery aim 7 working days
If the postage option that you require is not shown i.e. if an order is urgent and needs to get there 'Next Day before 9am' rather than the 'Next Day before 1pm' option (UK only), add a note on your order and drop us an email, so we can amend your order accordingly and advise of additional postal service charge for your order.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Signsealedelivered has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.

For peace of mind and in the event of a claim for missing or delayed goods, Signsealedelivered strongly recommends that you use a delivery service with a tracking option. Standard delivery does not include a tracking service.
Lost or delayed parcels
Royal Mail has set out aims for each of its services...These are AIMS and cannot be guaranteed by Royal Mail or by Signsealedelivered. Often, 1st Class Recorded parcels can arrive within one day, however this is not always the case and occasionally parcels are unacceptably delayed or are lost.
In the event of a lost or delayed parcel Signsealedelivered will endeavour to assist. If you have chosen one of the delivery methods that offers a tracking service, you can use your tracking number (found in your order despatch confirmation email) to track your parcel at any time at http://www.royalmail.com

We would prefer correspondence by email so that we can ensure we have your correct details, but if you need to contact us by telephone, please be prepared to leave a message with your name, order number and contact number and we will endeavour to get back to you within 48hrs. Please allow extra time at high seasonal demand times (Christmas and New Year, Easter, Bank Holidays etc).
If you have not received your parcel within 7 working days please feel most welcome to contact us and we will contact Royal Mail on your behalf to try to locate your parcel. After 14 working days, if your parcel is yet to arrive, Signsealedelivered will be happy to declare your parcel as lost or unacceptably delayed and you will be offered a choice of either a full refund or an immediate replacement (stock permitting).
If your parcel is delayed for less than 14 working days and you wish to be sent out a replacement (for example, if the order was a time sensitive gift) you may purchase a replacement and opt for Special next day delivery so that you receive your item in time. Should the original item turn up, you may send it back to Signsealedelivered for a full refund or if the original item does not arrive within the 14 working days, we will declare the parcel as missing with Royal Mail and refund your original payment.
As you can see, Signsealedelivered do everything they can to help but if your order is time sensitive, please use Royal Mail Special Delivery option to avoid disappointment.

Returning/Exchanging an Item
We want you to be happy with your purchase so we will do everything possible to make sure that your item reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. We check and hand-pack all items prior to despatch and posting and we will never knowingly sell faulty goods.
Unfortunately we do not offer a ‘free returns’ service. (With the exception of customers who have received an incorrect or faulty item). Postage is a non-refundable service and will not be refunded. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure safe return of unwanted items at the buyers own cost for doing so. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund issued that does not comply with our terms.
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods – it is your responsibility to carefully unpack and check your order on receipt, refunds beyond the 7 days are at the discretion of Signsealedelivered. Returns are only accepted for products found to be defective or not ‘as described’ items.

Please contact us by email at email@example.com to report any problems. We will endeavour to reply to your email within 48hrs (however it will usually be within 24hrs). You will then be sent by email, a returns form with a returns number. Please complete the returns form and enclose it in your parcel, detailing the product/s you wish to return, and whether you require a refund, replacement or exchange for another product/s.
* We strongly recommend that you post your item back to us using Royal Mail ‘1st Class or 2nd Class Recorded Delivery’ service, which will insure your parcel against loss or damage on it's return journey as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Once the goods have been received by Signsealedelivered, they will process your return and *ensure that a replacement is dispatched within 24 hours. All refunds will be processed within 48 hours. Signsealedelivered will send you an email to confirm each stage.
* Please note. If the item that you are returning is found to be a non-faulty item, the item will be returned to you once re-postage costs have been received. The product must be in a resalable condition for Signsealedelivered to issue a refund. i.e. Signsealedelivered will not refund for items that have been subjected to a smoky atmosphere or that have marks or damage of any kind. The postage and packaging costs will not be refunded and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund that does not comply with Signsealedelivered terms and conditions.
Signsealedelivered will endeavour to ensure that this website and the information including all images contained within it, are current, valid and in-line with the current product range. At no point will Signsealedelivered guarantee or assure the user that all of the information, images or otherwise stated within this website are accurate, complete or current. Recycling Household Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
With effect from July 2007, the UK's Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations require that all producers of electrical equipment are now obliged to pay for recycling of household electrical goods, where previously this bill was met by councils or items were not recycled at all. These regulations also require that all retailers both actively assist in delivering a UK wide WEEE collection infrastructure and encourage the participation of consumers in recycling electronic equipment.
